Moo Shu Pork

Moo shu means "wood shavings" which describes the shape of the strips of pork, carrots, woodear mushrooms, cabbage, bamboo shoots and eggs stir-fried together. The dish is served with plum sauce and four chinese pancakes (not served with rice).
