Grilled Southwestern Steak Salad

We toss a mixture of lettuce in our special chipotle bacon ranch dressing, cover it with diced tomatoes, onions, cheddar and jack cheeses, avocado and our seasoned tri-tip, surrounded by our multi-colored tortilla strips!
