Spicy notes hit the palate upfront and they are followed up by a semi-sweet chocolate flavor that lingers for a long time into the aftertaste. the cherry component is certainly noticeable, but mostly on the back end of the aftertaste. there are also bold malty flavors of caramel/toffee, molasses and brown sugar blended with a bready yeast component to finish it off.
