Made by the trappist monks of scourmont abbey in forges-les-chimay in southern belgium since 1862. beauitul coppery color and a creamy thick head, aroma reminiscent of ripe apricots; stong, deep in body, and somewhat spicy with a hint of nutmeg and thyme.
