Served with sun-dried tomato marinara. Baja chicken - monterey jack and cheddar, corn, black beans, mild chilies, red onions and cilantro. Served with homemade guacamole. Thai chicken - peanut sauce, bean sprouts, scallions, carrots, cilantro and mozzarella. Served with Thai peanut sauce.
