Chimichanga de Camaron

A flour tortilla rolled with shrimp, sautéed onions and tomatoes, then deep-fried and topped with cheese sauce. Served with Mexican rice and refried black or pinto beans, shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo.
