Stir Fried Green Curry Beef

This authentic Thai dish is rarely found among Thai restaurants, we stir fry well selected tender beef with green curry coconut milk, bell pepper, eggplant, bamboo shoots, kaffir lime leaves and rhizome root (a type of herb).
