Fettuccini Alfredo W/ Roasted Garlic

A rich & creamy alfredo sauce made the traditional way w/ real butter, heavy cream, garlic, parmesan cheese, gruyere cheese & parsley. We then add some tender fettuccini noodles to complete the dish.
