Prawn Puttenesca

Jumbo prawns are seared and simmered in our spicy puttenesca sauce of tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, garlic, anchovy, red wine and crushed chile flake, tossed with penne pasta. Served with a side of toasted Essential Bakery garlic bread.
