The Giraldo Exotico de Altura cooperative of small farmers grew this lot high in the Andean mountains of northwest Colombia. Bright, with a buttery body and mouthfeel, this lot is surprisingly complex for a Colombian. Our tasting notes include floral, cantaloupe, tomato, and cherry. Excellent as a drip or espresso, holding up well with milk.
