Ethiopia Sidamo Guji

Roasted to the darker side of medium. Not dark, but the brightness is subdued, and the earthy blueberry we're so fond of in Ethiopian coffee is still present, as well as a chocolatey bonus. The mouthfeel is soft and very enjoyable black.
