Two large farm fresh eggs scrambled with spicy chorizo, onions and shredded cheddar cheese. Rolled in a lightly grilled flour tortilla and topped with salsa, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, diced tomatoes, and green onions. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream.
