Twelve hour braised duroc pork finished in our famous Caribbean jerk. Tacos start with a homemade wholewheat tortilla and include a tad bit of seasoned basmati rice . Served with choice of meat and recipe of pickled carrots, seasonal fruit chutney, spicy herb chutney, straus family yogurt, and tangy tamarind reduction.
