This traditional German bock is brewed as a dark wheat dopplebock. Made w/ Munich & Vienna malt, it receives its color from the dark wheat malt that is added. It is hopped w/ traditional German hops. A malty body w/ slightly sour notes & a hint of wine ester flavors. O.G. 1.079, ABV 7.5%
