Our traditional slow-roasted pulled pork carnitas, crisped on the grill and placed over fresh made tortilla chips with house smoked Gouda queso and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. We finish it with our homemade slaw, pickled red onion, jalapeno, and our very own Sweet Heat BBQ sauce.
