Flour tortilla filled with rice, beans, and large shrimp that is sautéed in butter with garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes; covered with red sauce and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with bell peppers, onions, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo on the side. First basket of chips and salsa are on us. Any extra chips, salsa, hot salsa, small beans, medium chalupa, chiles Fritos 3 for each, extra tortillas for an additional charge.
