Two lightly rolled corn tortillas, filled with seasoned shredded beef, fried golden brown, covered with verde sauce topped with guacamole and sour cream. Served with Spanish rice, refried beans, homemade chips, special salsa, garnishes and a hot tortilla (upon request).
