Tips
At GoTea Brewing, we are committed to providing you with the perfect cup of tea. Here are a few tips to enhance your tea brewing experience:
1. Quality water: Start with filtered or spring water for the best taste. Avoid using tap water as it may affect the flavor of your tea.
2. Proper temperature: Different teas require different water temperatures. Green teas are best brewed at lower temperatures (around 175°F), while black teas can handle boiling water (212°F). Refer to our menu or ask our knowledgeable staff for recommendations.
3. Steeping time: Pay attention to steeping times as over-brewing can lead to a bitter taste. Herbal teas typically need 5-7 minutes, while black and green teas range from 3-5 minutes.
4. Tea-to-water ratio: Use approximately 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water. Adjust according to your desired strength.
5. Experiment with steeping: Don't be afraid to experiment with different steeping times, water temperatures, or tea blends. Discover your own perfect cup of tea!
