Fresh Fried Cheesy Balls

So we found this dude who makes fresh cheddar cheese balls in his (officially licensed and inspected) basement in lawrenceville. we batter his curds and gently fry them til even deliciouser, then serve with some of our new sweet & spicy gold sauce
