Ginger Tamari Steak

A 10 oz steak cut off a hanging tenderloin, grilled with mixed mushrooms in a sauce of orange juice, ginger, mango, scallions, tamari and garlic. Served with organic brown rice and a medley of zucchini, corn and roasted red peppers.
