Grilled garlic bread spread with basil pesto and mashed garbanzo beans, topped with a mixture of diced grilled vegetables (zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, red peppers and asparagus,) and taponata (celery, peppers, tomato, onions, green olives, capers, basil, parsley and garlic). Garnished with fresh Parmesan cheese and a light basil pesto drizzle. Can be vegan.
