The Enchilada comes on a 6 inch flour tortilla that we roll up with our refried beans and ground beef inside of it. Then, we top it with our mild sauce, and shredded cheese. It is served with our mexican rice and home-made refried beans. You can also choose to order it with fajita chicken or fajita steak instead.
