Baigan Bharta Dinner

Eggplant first charred in clay oven until smokey, then peeled and simmered with fresh tomatoes and onions. Served with your choice of half an organic plain or whole wheat nan, steamed vegetables, chana dhal and your choice of basmati or brown rice.
