Caroline & Harry Kroll began serving this butter burger in 1936. 1/4 lb. burger served on a toasted hard roll (semmel roll, pretzel bun, ciabatta, or wheat roll) with butter and the Kroll's everything - ketchup, pickles, and raw onions. This burger is cut in half and then wrapped to keep the melting butter hot. Served with French Fries or Tator Tots. Choice of Single or Double. Add Cheese for an additional charge.
