Our egg rolls are fresh which is hand made everyday on location, containing all vegetables including glass or clear noodles, fresh diced cabbage, fresh celery, fresh carrots, & mushrooms all steam cooked then hand wrapped using a spring roll skin using a touch of fresh egg yoke to hold, and then deep fried to a golden crisp in a clear vegetable based frying oil that contains zero trans fat, and zero cholesterol.
