Sacher Torte

Our Sacher Torte with three chocolate cake layers soaked with vanilla syrup and filled with a thin layer of raspberry jam finished with chocolate mousse topping. Enrobed in rich chocolate ganache and topped with our traditional Sacher candy emblems.
