The small size version of our Cuban bread with the same characteristics as the regular-sized bread, including a crispy crust and a soft, pillowy interior. It can be used for making sandwiches or served as a side dish with butter or dipping sauce like our pasta de bocadito. It is also lightly brushed with our butter on top after coming out the oven to give it a little boost in flavor.
