Eastern style, Rice stick noodles stir-fried with shrimp or squid, eggs, sweet pickled radish, small Red tofu, bean sprouts and crushed peanuts in glazing, tangy, sweet sauce from simmering of shallots, tamarind, and fresh pineapple.
