Chile Rellenos

Two oven-roasted poblano peppers stuffed with cheese, lightly egg-battered, pan sautéed and served on a bed of tomato-jalapeño sauce. Topped with tangy lime crema and pico de gallo. Served with a side basket of chips or tortillas.
