Hudson valley. New york. A very special cheese with an unbelievably rich, buttery taste that sets it apart from all other goat cheeses. Coach farm is located in a small hudson valley village just two hours outside of manhattan. Their herd consists of 900 french alpine goats, all born and raised on their farm. All of the goats are hand milked, all of the cheeses are hand-made and all of the packaging is put together and assembled by hand.
