Fresh cuts of chicken marinated over night with garlic, olive oil ten different middle eastern spices passed by owners, with herbs and red wine and tahini sauce. Rolled into fresh pita bread, filled with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, with a tahziki or tahini sauce. Served with fresh pita chips, hummus or baba, a small Lebanese salad and fresh pita bread.
