Falafel Sandwich With Tahini

Garbanzo beans, fava beans, parsley, garlic and dried vegetables blended together and deep fried in vegetable oil. Rolled into fresh bread, filled with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, with tahziki or tahini sauce. Served with fresh pita chips.
