Aromatic Crispy Duck (鴨)

Succulent duck flavoured throughout by marinating in gentle spice, deep fried and served with pancakes and salad enhanced with plum sauce. Suggestion: can be eaten on its own or with a noodle dish. Duck serve shredded.
