This chimi can be modified for an up charge to include veggie mix, ground beef, chicken, steak or fish. the chimichanga combines mexican beans, cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese and homemade salsa folded into a flour tortilla and deep fried to perfection! topped with enchilada sauce, sour cream, homemade salsa and jalapenos. served with mexi rice.
