Jade green is a proprietary blend of two teas, both from china, and sourced specifically for enjoying iced. jade green is made up of a lightly oxidized jade oolong from fujian province (the jade), mixed with high-fired green tea from zhejiang province (the green). this unique combination makes a perfect balance; a smooth, nutty, fresh and multilayered flavor with a refreshing finish. jade green iced tea is packaged in boxes containing eight large-sized teabags. each bag brews one quart of iced tea. for the best tasting iced tea, we strongly recommend brewing your tea leaves with hot water, and then chilling the liquor. jade green iced tea should be brewed using cooler water, around 180 degrees. this can be achieved by letting the water sit for 2 minutes after a rolling boil or by combining some cold, filtered water with the hot water..
