Stir-fried flat rice noodle, thai bird eye chili, a lot of garlic, green beans, white onions, bell peppers, basil, zucchini, egg, and a slice of tomato, with your choice of protein. Vegan option available.
Note: Our drunken noodle is very lightly seasoned and should be ordered mild or medium spicy if not, it may be bland to most customers. We also recommend eating the vegetables first, followed by the protein, and finally the noodles. This can cut the resulting glucose spike substantially.
