Popeyes’ is collaborating with TRUFF for the all-new TRUFF Chicken Sandwich, which features TRUFF’s SpicyMayo. For the Blackened Chicken, our juicy filet is fried to perfection without the breading. Whereas for the Crispy Chicken, a juicy chicken breast fillet is marinated in Popeyes seasonings, hand-battered and breaded in our buttermilk system and fried until golden brown. Sandwiched between two buttery toasted brioche buns, topped with our barrel cured pickle slices, Havarti cheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon and TRUFF’s Spicy Mayo. The red jalapeno brings a nice kick, balancing with the richness of the mayo and the umami depth of black winter truffle to every Popeyes Sandwich.
