Enchiladas Mole

Three chicken enchiladas in a traditional Mole Poblano sauce. Topped with sesame seeds, and queso fresco. Served in corn tortillas with yellow rice and refried beans. Garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream on the side.
