Tri-Tip Wedge*

We start with a crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce and top it with a slow-roasted, BBQ glazed, sliced sirloin tri-tip, smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, red onions, and fresh tomatoes. Served with a side of bleu cheese dressing and chimichurri sauce.
