The name of this pastry, meaning "well of love," comes from the shape that resembles a well. Chocolate sable shell is baked w/ almond cream & raspberries, then filled w/ butter cream in the middle. The top is glazed w/ raspberry jelly & garnished w/ fresh raspberries & a pink macaron.
