This honduran coffee comes from marcala, a town & growing region in southwest honduras. The marcala region is reputed to produce the finest coffee in the country. The growers of marcala are small fincas (farms) w/ a focus on sustainability & quality. Clean, w/ medium body, marcala offers the liveliest of the honduran arabicas. (USDA certified & fair trade)
