Japanese Curry Rice

Japanese curry is milder variant of the popular Indian dish. The sauce contains essences of vegetables, fruits and many different spices. Accompanied by rakkyo (pickled shallots) and fukujinzuke (pickled daikon, cucumber, eggplant and lotus root).
