Choice of tuna, salmon, or hamachi. Seared thinly sliced fish, marinated with bulgogi sauce. Served over sushi rice, kimchi, cabbage, pickled cucumber, spring onion, carrots, asparagus, shiitake mushroom, nori, and boiled egg.
