"...my experience with soul food has generally involved fried chicken drizzled in honey, collard greens cooked with pork, buttery mashed potatoes and gravy, and mac & cheese...our server loaded up a container with mac & cheese, collard greens, ginger stir-fried tofu, broccoli, zucchini, mock chicken salad, carrot salad, marinated kale, spicy tofu, seaweed and live stir fry (a combination of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and peppers in spicy vinaigrette)...i loved the ginger tofu, carrot salad (very sweet), and collard greens..."
