Sliced pork kidney garnished with green onions, cilantro, fried garlic, and a touch of sesame oil. Choice of either wide egg noodles, thin egg noodles, wide rice noodles, thin rice noodles, glass noodles, or vermicelli. All noodles are served with bean sprouts and a side of soup.
